All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase.

Once processed, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days with our fully tracked shipping service.

Due to high demand, in very exceptional circumstances delivery may exceed 15 business days. However all orders are guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days please contact us and we'll make it right immediately.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it as it is immediately registered with our fulfilment centre. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you may refuse delivery or return the item at your own shipping cost. Upon receiving the return, we will process your refund in full.
